裏小樽モンパルナスの２階にある３部屋は民泊となっています。RoomＡ、RoomＢ+Cは広さ、宿泊人数、設備、料金が異なっていますので、お客様のニーズにあったお部屋をお選び下さい。お食事は提供しておりません。また駐車場はございませんので、お車でお越しの際は近隣の有料駐車場をご利用下さい。
チェックインは15:00以降、チェックアウトは11:00で、UMIから徒歩30秒のJeans Shop LOKKIで受付、精算していただくことになります。５泊以上の長期宿泊の場合、宿泊料金を割引いたします。
A vacation rental, Ura Otaru Montparnasse Inn (UMI), has 3 different types of rooms on the second floor of the complex. Room A and Room B+C are different in size, number of beds and amenities, so please make sure you choose the room that best suits your needs. No meals served, no parking space available, either. Please park your car at a paid parking lot nearby.
Check-in time is from 15:00, and check-out time, 11:00. UMI reception is at Jeans Shop LOKKI, just 30-second walk from the complex. At check-in, guests will be identified, have details checked, be given an introduction to and pay for the room, handed a key and taken to the room. At check-out, they will return the key.
For those who stay more than 5 nights, discount rate will be applied.

UMIのRoom Aは築100年の古い建物の良さを活かしながら改装した４名様まで宿泊できるお部屋です。広さは約81㎡。２つの寝室のほか、リビングルーム、キッチンスペース、ゆったりできる浴室もある広々とした空間です。ご家族で、友人同士で小樽の古民家での宿泊をお楽しみ下さい。なお、階下のレンタルアートスペースでイベントが開催される場合は一般のお客様はご宿泊いただけませんのでご了承ください。

UMI Room A is about 81 square meters, with 2 bedrooms (4 beds), a living room, a kitchen and a full bathroom. Renovated to make the most of a 100-year-old building. Very family-friendly. The room cannot be reserved when the rental art space downstairs are reserved.

UMIのRoom B+Cは、約36㎡と約56㎡の２部屋を最大５名様でご利用いただけます。
Room Bは仕切りのない縦に細長いお部屋でベッドが２つ、シャワールームとトイレ、ミニキッチンがございます。

UMI Room B is a rather elongated room of about 36 square meters with 2 beds, a toilet, a shower room and a minikitchen.

UMI Room C is about 56 square meters with a full bathroom. The living room gets a lot of sunshine, and the bedroom (3 beds) is quite spacious. On the big wall of the living room is a big map of Otaru city 100 years ago, which was donated from Ichiban-ko cafe in Canal Plaza.
